If ya gotta wear a leg bag, these work well!
Use these with the UGO brand of urinary leg bags. These straps are soft and the Velcro definitely holds the bag in place. They are a bit pricey but SO much better than any other of the elastic bands. Check out the other UGO brand products. Quality that holds up well!!

Prevents A FUll Bag From Slipping
I bought these because I've used the Ugo catheter straps that also have the bead of silicone running the entire length on each edge. The silicone really gives the strap a good no-slide grip against your skin. I use these on single-slot bags from a myriad of manufacturers. The straps are long, and are meant to be cut to length. I wear 1,000ml bags and have had them pretty full and these have not slipped, even when I am active outside. I'm average size...5'10" and 160# with bird legs.I will say that the strap is less elastic than other products I have tried, so I have to pull a little harder to stretch it to the point that it will grab my leg snugly. I think this is partly because these straps are so much wider than other leg straps are, and partly because the material is so much thicker and of higher quality. There is no rightside-up to the straps...the bag connectors are ambidextrous, so it's worth experimenting to see which way is easiest to wrap the strap around your leg for the most convenient attachment...clockwise, or counter-clockwise.I've been wearing this bag for 10 months now and have tried a whole bunch of different bag leg straps and catheter straps, all of them less expensive than the Ugo brand. For me, the Ugo is worth the investment. Not only do the silicone strips ensure things do not slip and tug, the materials are of noticeably higher quality. The Velcro hooks on the cheaper straps often shreds the mating material so after a while, the Velcro no longer sticks and I have to throw the strap out. I do use a cheap Velcro strap on the bottom of the bag to make it easier to detach it, swing out the bag to empty it, and then strap it back to my leg quickly...there's no weight born by the bottom straps.

I don't want to reinvent the wheel ... tell me what I need to know,
I don't understand the medical profession ... they prescribe a program like a catheter but don't tell you how to manage the device. The straps supplied with the leg bag are not adequate for extended use. To support the weight of the bag, that strap has to be quite tight. The tight straps cut into the leg, and eventually, the leg becomes irritated. Alternating legs irritate both legs. Then what? The Ugo Fix Bag Strap has been a bonus for me. Not only will it keep the bag in place and support the weight, but it is also wide enough to provide comfort to the leg.I wish I had known about the straps when originally prescribed to wear a catheter.

Great product!
This is really nice in that it is wider and does not cut into the skin and the silicone keeps it from slipping. I would recommend this product. I use it with my mother's leg bag and use it is several different way and it has never failed me. I would recommend this product.

Slips when walking
The strap was very long. and designed for a bigger thigh. Mine is about 15" around. I cut some of it off to make it fit. Holds a bag well, but not good for walking. The elastic allows the bag to slip. If you have a larger thigh it may stay in place better.

Works with Statlock and Medline bag
I am required to have a Foley catheter in me now following repercussions from a botched surgery. The Medline bag is held in place with a Statlock but the edges of the bag scratch and irritate and cause problems for the skin. This devise solves that problem separating the bag off the skin comfortably and helps hold the bag in place. The tabs easily fit through the two strap slots on the Medline bag.

Best strap for holding leg bag.
Best thing we have found for holding the leg bag in place. The elastic straps that usually accompany leg bags leave the bag sagging and bunching up at the top where it is taking the bulk of the weight as the bag fills with urine. This strap holds the top of the leg bag taut and straight next the leg just under the knee. Unfortunately, they are not the cheapest way to go, but when having to wear a Foley catheter for an indeterminate amount of time, it is definitely a help to eliminate as many frustrating details as possible and this is one of those details where it has made the situation for me a little less discouraging.
