Great product and quick delivery
Works like a charm with logic and garage band. Fully customisable keys and works well with most of the apps. And the package came in safe and safety wraps.

Working fine as expected
It's been 8 months but I am still having a plastic smell from the keyboard, which is noticeable after playing even while sitting in another room. The plug is hard to remove once plugged coz fingers are slippery due to sweat (no grooves on the 🔌 plug for grip) , so I keep it plugged but remove the USB from the PC when not using. For users, you will need (free) VB-Voice Meter audio channel manager since Windows doesn't provide multiple audio output. Search for related videos on youtube you will find easy instructions, otherwise you won't be able to setup & start the keyboard.

Read this before you buy! Software confusion clarified.
I got the A49 controller. The packaging was okay. Slight dents on the box but product was good with no damage. And please note, it DOES NOT COME WITH KOMPLETE KONTROL SELECT.I wrote mail to seller - Musician Jack who reverted confirming that it comes with Komplete select software but later they told that it was confusion and I won’t get that software. So please beware as FAQs have many people saying that it comes along.Secondly, the included libraries are descent for you to start with but there are hardly any good orchestral sounds included. So those looking to use orchestral sounds like Strings, Flutes, Brass etc will have to get addon libraries.I use Logic Pro X and the controller ideally should work with it. Mine had some issues where the DAW controls Were not working and in over 15 days the Native Instruments team was still trying to figure out a solution.I got it working from an expert who charged separately from me. There’s hardly any support from seller for this. You have an option for replacement but I wanted to use it for a project so can’t return.Overall, the controller is really nice with following highlights:1. The quality of the keys is really nice. Being a piano player, I didn’t like the soft plastic keys but these feel good and have nice velocity feedback.2. The infinite rotation for 8 knobs is also a great feature to have, where you don’t need to set the knob to the control value first before using like in many other DAWs. Also when you touch a knob it shows the assigned function and it’s value on the baby LED.3. The built quality is great. MOD & pitch wheel have adequate resistance to give precise control.4. Integration with Komplete Kontrol Software is really flawless.Coming to some cons or improvements that should be made:1. The buttons make a really loud sound when we press. So if you ever press it in between recording where you are also using a mic, it will definitely come in recording.2. I am still unable to access the Sounds.com free library for some strange Error 403 message. NI team is still figuring out.If you are thinking that missing faders will be a problem, switching to Track mode enables you to control the volume from same knobs. So no issue there. Even you can control PAN with these. The only missing feature for some maybe Pads. But for me playing those with keys also work. As my primary importance was for velocity sensitivity of the keys.So I hope these points will help you decide well. I will be posting the video review of this on my channel soon. Will add the link for you all.

Value for money keyboard with great keybed although not a fatar keybed as provided in its elder sibling the S49 the key response is better in a49 as it is semi weighted also the bundled library has good collection for the entry level musicians

Good solid controller keyboard, with great NI and DAW integration.
Solid keyboard. Once it’s set up, integrates with my DAW (Cubase) really well. Excellent build quality, buttons are a bit more “clicky” than the S series, but work fine.Very pleased with it.

Strano affare

*ATTENTION: Only for absolute beginners!
I was looking forward to trying this keyboard out. But honestly, I was very disappointed.1) a) The implementation of the workflow is not intuitive nor complete. It took me a while to understand that you have to click the 4-d encoder left then right to scroll through the choice of instruments. b) You have to use the mouse as an intermediary for bunch of stuff. c) The integration with certain DAWS is not always a great experience. d) The keys have fixed levels of playing intensity (on the software side) and there is NO aftertouch.2) a) The build quality is not there, at all. b) The buttons click waaay too loud. c) The keys are not premium and are rough underneath. d) The 4-d encoder is not a super smooth experience. e) The should at the very least have put the Oled screen above each of the 8 touch sensitive knobs?I know they had to cut somewhere, but this product as is makes little sense to me (other than a gateway drug to the Kontrol series and N.I. ecosystem). In short, if you're serious about music production, I recommend you find another solution or pay the extra for the S-series. Or wait to see what comes out next (possibly with touch screens?).
