Yea it’s not hard ar all! Won’t mess your nails up as I have nails.

Q: Will this fit a 40mm series 5?

It should! I accidentally got this one for my SE 2 which is also 40 mm) because I thought it was 41 mm, and you can’t even tell it’s wrong size. It stays on with no issues, fits over the side button and dial perfectly, and still provides great protection. I’m a daycare teacher, and if it can withstand the frequent bumps and prying fingers of my work babies/toddlers, then it can withstand almost anything.
