Frontier's 4 Pepper Blend has been living in my pepper mill for a few years now. Great, punchy pepper flavor, not as one note as your basic black peppercorns.Great deal, and will stay fresh if you use a lot of pepper.

This is a great pepper blend for those who care about the quality of their pepper. There is DEFINITELY a major taste advantage over a pepper that is all telicherry. Great price for a blend like this too!

Anything Frontier is top shelf. Reliable freshness. Safe, clean, organic. I was spoiled with these a few years ago; now I can only buy them on occasion.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered the 16oz size. I don't care what anybody says, they are plenty fresh and taste like pepper. I have read about white and green pcorns needing to be cooked to avoid salmonella. I eat this raw all the time and have never gotten sick. Fully endorse this product. Love Frontier. Love pepper. If you want a more colorful ratio, buy them separately and mix at your leisure... hmmm, that's a good idea and probably even cheaper.

I mention keeping pepper dry because the Frontier Pepper brand is always sent to me in a factory-sealed bag which maintains not only its freshness but is kept perfectly free from moisture that could possibly taint the product during shipment. I've reordered Frontier Pepper many times and have never had any reason to switch brands. These different peppercorns blend well and serve perfectly as a filler for your dining room table peppermill. One incidental warning, though, for the advanced cook/chef: this is a mild blend combination of peppers, so if you are looking to spice up Mexican or Indian cuisine, for instance, you would be better served to select one of their more robust pepper blends. But as stated, as an everyday table pepper, this mixture can't be topped.

I love these in my grinder. I have purchased them many times. This last time, there was a scant quantity of pink peppercorns. I was a little disappointed, but will forever keep buying these.

We got salt and pepper grinders as a part of our wedding registry and quickly ran out of peppercorns. When we went to the store where we got the grinder, the peppercorns were ludicrously expensive. I found these on amazon and my wife was a bit hesitant about potentially getting a substandard product, but when we got them in the mail and tried the pepper out for dinner, we were pleasantly surprised. The quality is great and the amount will last us over a year (and we use a lot of pepper)! Definitely recommend this product.

I love the taste of pepper, and I love the sensation of spiciness. This blend delivers on both counts. I could eat these bad boys whole! My favorite preparation though is milling the colorful blend into large slices with my Vic Firth gourmet pepper mill and right on to my steaks, gumbo, chili, soups, country potatoes, anything really. I tend to go overboard though and end up milling about an ounce of pepper per bowl/meal, but boy does it pack a vigorous punch! A proper peppermill that crushes and cuts the peppercorns is an absolute must though...
