Q: Is there some instructions how to prepare it?

It’s a package within a package so once you get to the package where the sea grapes are you just dump them out in a bowl of cold water (some ppl put ice cubes in the water so the water is really cold). I would make sure you have enough water in the bowl for the sea grapes to absorb the water so they plump up. Soak for 3-5 minutes or until they’re all plump then then rinse a few times to get rid of the saltiness! I then use a strainer to strain the water out, put in a bowl and eat!

Q: For health benefits, can this be eaten straight, without rehydration?

It cannot be eaten straightly without rehydration; as our sea grapes are dehydrated and must be rehydrated before use.

Q: What do these things taste like?

Very fishy and salty it doesn’t taste like the frsh one.

Q: Are they supposed to be wet inside those small bags? I thought they were dried as said in the description.

Dehydrated and dried are two different things. This product is dehydrated means they are not dried but has fluid inside. This are Seaweeds which means its found in the ocean, sea where there is a large amount water.
