Yes, our Kinesiology Tape is made from a high quality cotton that is comfortable to wear, and our glue is a medical grade, hypoallergenic glue (meaning it contains no typical allergens and is unlikely to cause an allergic reaction).

Q: Can I cut this 10cm tape into narrower strips?

Yes, just use the sharpest scissors you can find. We would recommend our SPORTTAPE Kinesiology Tape scissors. This is to make sure the tape doesn't fray when you cut it, as that will reduce it's adhesion and how long it lasts.

Q: Will this work for chest binding/trans tape purposes?

Our 10cm Kinesiology Tape is commonly uses for ftm binding. However, please use caution when applying the tape to not overstretch the tape, and never stretch the ends of each strip, as this will friction the skin and cause irritation when you move.

Q: Does it really stay on during swimming?

Yes, our Extra Sticky glue is completely waterproof once it's had time to set. So apply a minimum of 30 mins before getting in the pool.
