Q: Could you use this as a foundation remover too

You can, and they're very effective, although they leave an oily residue. Also, the pads are small (about 2 inches in diameter) so you'd probably need to use two for your whole face. I use one of these to remove stubborn waterproof mascara (one pad does both eyes) and then I follow up with a Ponds Towelette, which I use to remove the residual oil from my eyes, and then wash the rest of my face with it. The Ponds towelettes are much larger (about 6x6) and good at removing foundation, but they are ineffective at removing waterproof mascara. I've used this method for over two years and it works perfectly for me.

Q: I need the oily pads. confusing info. name does not say oil free yet description says oil free. which is it??!! even qa here conflicting.

These were crazy oily. I was very disappointed because of the oil free description.

It works great to remove long wear lipstick. I’ve used these for years and now have all my family and friends using them.
