Perfect for what I needed, holds HDMI cable in place.

Fairly simple install, works holding the cable. I advise checking for a screw directly above the hdmi port before purchasing. If your device does not have one, installing the cable lock is much more difficult, as it will require gluing the strap to the device, which could be messy and tricky.

Our direcTv box would not hold the HDMI Out cable securely. The signal would then cut in and out and it would come unplugged if it was bumped or a gnat farted. This does the job to keep the connection secure, and lets the gnat have as many beans as it wants.
