We chose this fireplace based on our contractor’s recommendation—he’s installed it in several homes and consistently praised its ease of use, reliability, and performance. One major advantage is that it runs on a standard 15-amp outlet, unlike many others that require a 20-amp circuit. That was a game-changer for us since we wouldn’t have been able to use the heating feature with most other models.The flame visuals are bright and beautiful, with multiple color options for both the fire and the logs, allowing us to customize the look depending on the mood.The heater kicks in quickly and puts out an impressive amount of warmth—perfect for cozying up without cranking up the thermostat.Overall, the value is outstanding. You’d easily spend double or triple on a comparable fireplace with the same features. This one delivers on both function and aesthetics without breaking the bank.

I like that it has a sleek border, giving it a higher end look. The flames can change into multiple colors and it comes with crystals. I did not use the crystals to give it more of a natural appearance. It doesn’t make found noise while it’s on. Very easy to install. Highly recommend it. Love the vibe in my living room!!

This heater was working great when installed. A few months later the heat stopped blowing. I have left and email, no response. I have called the company and the phone doesn’t have a voicemail and disconnects the call everytime. This product says it has a 1 year warranty, but there’s no way to reach the company. Velayhome.com is not a valid website either. Will contact Amazon about this issue.

The media could not be loaded. This fireplace is worth every penny. Quality is on the high end; flames look very real and bright. The heater blows from the top and warms up the area very quickly. Not loud (which surprised me). Watch the entire video to see the quality after I dim the living space lights a little bit.The customer service team is amazing as well. The initial one I ordered came with front glass cracked due to shipping not handling the package properly (I assume). I reached out to the customer service team and they immediately started a replacement process and got it delivered to me within days!Overall, highly recommend!I can’t wait to see how all of this will come together after we complete our basement finish!

The fireplace is exactly what we were looking for. The flame is realistic and can change colors to whatever mood we are in. The remote is easy to use but also has the buttons on the unit itself. Easy to install and easy to change from the faux wood to rocks. Zero noise when just using the fire and very low noise when the heater is on.

We moved into this place without a fireplace and I do miss sitting in front of a real fire… and this is the next best thing.I picked the 72” model and I’m glad I did… it looks great.This model has a more sleek look than others I considered and the build quality is great.Installation was simple and customer service very responsive (I had a stupid question about the glass rocks)The flames look surprisingly realistic and almost hypnotic.I like the realistic look but there are a bunch of colors to choose from. A friends daughter loved the purple fire.I didn’t get it for the heater function but found I’ve been using it lately and it’s really nice.We put this in the den but it’s so nice my wife wants to put another one in the family room.I did not buy the optional WiFi version but this works great with the remote controller.
