I bought this to help me not mouth breath at night and to hopefully reshape my jawline. After 3 nights I feel the muscles in my face responding. I haven’t been able to wear it all night yet, but I think that’s okay and probably a result of how well it’s working. The material feels great, it’s soft and very comfortable. The Velcro is strong and the straps stay in place easily. This is a very good product and I look forward to seeing positive results.

I haven’t slept with this on because I have sensory issues and I wouldn’t be able to sleep. Instead, I wear it for a few hours around the house during the day. It’s super comfortable and easy to adjust and use. Once it’s on for a few minutes, you forget it’s even there. I also wore it while working out and it helped to encourage me to breathe through my nose. The only downside to that is it gets sweaty and gross, but for the price I could buy multiple of these and have them in a rotation. I washed it in the washing machine in a protective mesh bag, and unfortunately accidentally put it into the dryer with other clothes. I thought surely I had ruined it, but it came out just like brand new. Not to say you should do that, but I did and can report it held up well for such a thin piece of fabric.

I actually really like it, its seamless and breathable so it doesn’t feel like something is strapped to my chin and im able to sleep with it on. I’ve only been wearing it for about 2 weeks but i definitely feel like i wake up with a slimmer face now. i paired it up with the mouth tape and it works wonders .. sure i look insane at bed time but i feel snatched throughout the day
