I really like this product. The one thing I wish I could change is that the portion used on the face has to be at a particular angle on the skin to make contact enough to trigger the vibration. This is a little frustrating, making the process not as smooth as I’d hoped due to constantly trying to adjust the angle of the tool to my face. It would be wonderful if the whole section that touches the face was on a movable joint & also had a larger sensor area.The heat setting is great and works quickly. The lights are a nice feature. I think it’s a little overpriced for what it is but I’m not unhappy with the purchase.
