Ultra Pro Apex are touted as being a peer to Dragon Shield and Ultimate Guard's Katana sleeves. Depending on your preferences, they very well could be peers, except for one minor detail- they're from Ultra Pro.Don't believe the stories about Ultra Pro improving their QC and Customer Service after having a middling reputation of missing sleeves and terrible customer support. They're still selling less than 100 sleeves in packages marked 100 and their customer support is about as supportive as single-ply TP in a monsoon.I received these decent sleeves and began sleeving a deck; weird, I have more cards than sleeves despite both of them saying there's 100. Needless to say, WOTC can count, Ultra Pro can't. I contact support about the missing sleeves via Amazon's manufacturer support feature and... *drumroll* you have to deal with Amazon because you ordered through them. Fair enough, Ultra Pro can't see my Amazon order info but all I wanted was the few missing sleeves, not a full-on return. Nope, return through Amazon and get a replacement. Print a label, throw the not-100 sleeves in a box, and mail them back. Sure, I could gamble and get a replacement, but no, I gambled by straying from Katanas and Dragon Shields to begin with.Now you're probably thinking "Ooof, that's multiple paragrahs FOR SLEEVES!" Exactly, for sleeves; cents to make, a few dollars to throw some in a bubble mailer and ship, and a couple days transit to make things right. However, Ultra Pro has ensured that I will no longer give them a glance, let alone my money. Anyone that asks will be reminded that this is the same crappy company with the same issues that they had before and still do; they even cheaped out on the lipstick for this pig.All. For. Some. Sleeves. C'est la vie.
