Q: Is there a difference between this model sold by Amazon Japan and the one sold by Amazon in USA?

I don’t know the difference, this one came from japan, but made in Indonesia, This is first time own, it is uncomfortable mouth piece and Octave thumb key, so I attached plastic piece on thumb key, and made a long curved neck with 1/2 inch pex water pipe.
