The media could not be loaded. After I finally figured out how to work it I love it ! It heats pretty quickly . You do have to turn it off once you finish.

This is a great activity to do with your kids. You go to a dollar tree, or order online a plain mug and you can design it, it's so much fun, and the kids feel like they are really creating something. Fun for kids nd adults alike!

ITEM DIDNT WORK

I've had the machine for 3 months it worked at first now it doesn't heat up at all. The company won't do anything to help. $80 down the drain

I just made my first tumbler and I'm amazed at how easy it was to do. The manual is very explanatory and comes with gloves, which are essential when handling the glass or mug during sublimation. I definitely recommend this.
