I LOVE this product! I decided to buy this product since it included so much for a GREAT price! If I can avoid it, I would rather not share gym equipment, so this product made that easy. Arrived on time. Actually better than I expected. Good quality. Would recommend. Use them with my Bowflex so not a lot of torque.

I have good resistance bands but they don't have handles on them and that makes them kind of hard to hold and use. I got this thinking that I can use the clips on the bands then clip on either the handles or the ankle straps. It works really well and I haven't had any problems.

These are way better quality than I expected from the photos! They feel really sturdy and heavy duty so I'm stoked about them! The grips on the handles are great.
