We bought two of these cameras, one for downstairs and one for the upstairs landing as kitten cams. What fantastic devices; clear picture, with the added bonus that you can move the camera up and down as well as sideways. There are two cameras in each device one, with one in the stand, and all manner of other things. I love the intercom. Picture quality in night vision is superb. You can even have it in colour rather than just black and white. Set up is super easy; though I did have a bit of trouble setting up the second device. I emailed the customer service team and they responded within hours, explaining what ways to fix it (it was me rather than the device as it turns out). Another query I had was equally quickly answered, with the team even going through the trouble of making a video showing exactly what I needed to do. I don't think this excellent customer service can be topped! Since buying ours, we've recommended the camera to friends and family

So easy to set up. My router does not split Channels. Normally I have to log into the router and turn off 5GHz, connect my phone to 2.4GHz to connect an app to a device. None of that with this camera, it connects straight away.I use it to point out of the window so use the 'Starlight night vision', this prevents glare off the window. With the camera at an angle to the window it prevents reflection.The usb A to usb C power lead is very long. An adapter comes with it but I plug it into the usb socket of my electric tower extension.Great value for money. I highly recommend.Oh and the manual is a comprehensive, a 42 page pocket sized brochure quality covering all the menu options and how to save the videos etc.

This a versatile camera that meets a lot of my expectations; its versatile having dual lens & various functions @ a reasonable price. I'd recommend this to anyone who needs a good indoor camera. Would have given it 5 stars but yet able to figure out how to manage the motion sensor light when the monitor has been disabled

For the price, I was not expecting too much from this camera. But I have been pleasantly surprised.The picture quality is good and the audio if a bit tinny is clear.The ICSee app downloaded from the play store and installed without any problem.The camera has voice prompts to aid the connection to your WiFi and the enclosed booklet is very professional and provides clear instructions on setting up the camera to your requirements.I was surprised to see shortly after I had set up the camera, it carried out a software update which completed without problem.If I have any complaint it is that the real time video is somewhat laggy when viewed on the phone, but the recorded video replay is good. Also no micro SD card is supplied, so you will have to provide your own. But at the price this camera still makes a good overall package.

The products are well packaged and set up and connection to the internet is very straightforward. Viewing and control via the app is better than I’ve used before with other products. The picture quality on SD is very good but sparkles when you switch to HD on the app. I was intrigued how the two cameras would work but the inclusion of a fixed and mobile camera in one housing allows you to view the entire room and check outside through the window simultaneously. Overall Ive been impressed by the quality of the product.

A brilliant camera. Works with my NVR perfectly (Frigate), including the PTZ controls, which is unexpected. I'm replacing all of my indoor Arenti cameras with these now. It uses port 10554 and 10555 (One for Tracking Lens and the other Panoramic) for RTSP, and 10080 for ONVIF.The support team are great, but there's no way in the app of discovering that information and it's not detected by ONVIF Device Manager (ODM), so was a bit tricky until I messaged the m and they gave me all the info I needed. You have to set 'Plaintext password settings" to "on" to enable RTSP and ONVIF and to chhane the access password. The RTSP format is rtsp://admin:[PASSWORD]@[IP ADRRESS]:10554/udp/av0_0. If using frigate, an argument for TCP should be used. The IP address can be found in "Device Health" after setting the password.I haven't tried autotracking in Frigate yet, so...I hope that saves someone some time.

God camera but sadly the camera that goes up and down is broke and doesn't move

Set up was reasonably easy... and with it's dual camera it gives a really good still picture and with the moving camera it's great for viewing around a room.
