I’ve been using this Monolaurin for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it so far. I originally got it to help support my immune system, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference! I just feel more balanced and haven’t had that run down feeling I usually get when I’m stressed or not sleeping well.The capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach, which is a huge plus. I also like that it’s a clean product with no weird additives. It’s so good every time I’m feeling like I’m about to get sick, like weakness or sore throat, i literally take this and I’m fina again the next day!Overall, it’s been a great addition to my routine. If you’re looking for a good-quality monolaurin, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a shot.

Product as described. Have not taken enough yet to know if any changes.

However....The product might affect each person differently. The reason I gave it a four star only is that the product (unfortunately for me) leads to constipation.

This helps with Restless Leg Syndrome issues and effective with my MCAS regimen. I vary my supplements throughout the week but I have never had bad symptoms etc using this or on those days in particular. Has been 1 of many useful tools in my healing
