This is a good massage chair for your back, but it lacks in the neck area. I really wanted it for full body, including neck massaging. The neck is not so great. If you are a smaller person the airbag pressure does not work very well. If you can figure out the manual controls, they work better than the automatic programmed settings for targeted area massages. The foot massage i’d only give a one star it’s extremely lacking.

Easy to assemble, functions well and is valuable

The chair looks nice and gives a decent massage. It is very heavy and the controls are confusing. There are no instructions and so I am trying to return it. Does not have 4D. I specifically wanted 4D to control intensity of pressure. I was told by seller in somewhat English that 4D means 4 rollers.

I use my chair at least 4 times a week. I have had it for about 5 weeks now. The first time I used it the rollers hurt me. I am not use to the message. I learned to adjust the pressure and it feels so good now. The chair was delivered on time and it is already put together. It came with a nice rug also. It has an extra mat to place on the chair as well. I like this mat. I would recommend.
