If you are an indiscriminate eater of non magic mushrooms and haven't met a glass noodle that you wouldn't eat then the Crystal Noodle 6 Kinds of Mushrooms is made for you. I love mushrooms, I love the broth and the glass noodles don't disappoint. The Amazon price is only pennies cheaper per container than my local Asian market but the problem is good luck catching them in stock either place. I have purchased the 6-pack 14 times and have always received a 6-pack. Because I loved this flavor so much I also tried other flavors and was disappointed. The broth for the Spicy Sesame and Spicy Tofu just tastes like spicy peppers with no real flavor. The Vegetable flavor broth is bland. Paitan is bland with hints of garlic. You're Welcome.

We got these yesterday and had them for lunch today. I added some dried ramen dehydrated fish and veggies to them. Very spicy and I loved the chew of the noodles. My husband said I could have the rest and he would stick to instant ramen. I'm so glad I get the rest!! Easy to make. Not too salty and I loved the spice level. Will be reordering.

I would love to leave a five-star review because the product is actually delicious. I love the kimchi flavor. But the last two times I've ordered two boxes of the kimchi they send me one box of kimchi and a box of something else. And they don't allow a replacement or a return therefore I have to give them a one star and it pains me to do that. If they could fix this and stop doing that I would love to give a five-star review. The product is expensive and it's a waste of money to give me something I did not ask for

The bowl of noodles is specified as 2 servings, each with 500 grams of sodium. Of course each diner typically eats a whole bowl. Well, it did not taste salty, or mushroomy, but the dominant black pepper flavor was progressively stronger. Adding boiling water up to the bowl guide line produces a moderately thick noodle mass without enough broth to qualify as soup. I've had two trials:(1) The solids cake atop the dry cellophane noodles begins to dissolve when the hot water is poured on it, the plastic lid is replaced and the noodles steep for 3 minutes or longer. Then stir well before eating. See the reconstituted mushroom pieces, the yellow egg fragments. Roll up a mouthful of slippery noodles on your fork, lean over the bowl as you incise off their dangling ends.Taste nothing but black pepper, hardly intriguing, eh.(2) For the next trial, before adding the boiling water I crumbled some dried raw crunchy kale, dusted with natural flavor ingredients, atop the noodles and added a dash of soy sauce. The result was tasty noodles with an appealing green vegetable. (I've ordered an herbal salt substitute that I'm confident will add zing to my next bowl.)

These are the best ramen type noodles I've ever had. Probably not the healthiest but not awful, better than most. The flavors are just amazing. Used to get them for $2 a pop at Kroger. Long gone are those days. These are a treat now. I eat through them too quickly. They don't seem to carry them anymore. If I ever win the lottery I'm buying 100.
