Q: I have lost the charger wire please can you tell me how to get a replacement. Thanks

Unfortunately, the link provided by a previous customer (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07Q5ZRTQT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) doesn't fit this. It's too small. Just a heads up.

Q: What is the precision dial used for?

Mainly fading from shorter to longer areas. It keeps you from having to change a comb to fade.

Q: Can it be used during charging ?

In theory you could but wire not that long. It also comes with 2 batteries so no need to use while charging.

Q: After few uses the clipper started making a loud high pitch noise. Has anyone experienced this? Solutions? (Have used the oil and cleaned it well)

Just had the same problem. Loud squeaking when turning it on for the first time. I had to take the cutter head off (see diagram E in the booklet on how to do this) and oil the bottom of the spinning mechanism in the middle. The noise is now gone :)
