Q: Does this give you a nice, close shave, if you shave often?

It shaved closer to my face than other 2 shavers I had that was cost the same.

Q: Ate there replacement blades for this?

As per the manufacturer manscaped the replacement blades should be available for purchase sometime around January of 2024 as they just released this item a few weeks ago and is one of their newer products

Q: can it give you a clean shave?

Yes it does, since I also use it to shave my head.
