I took a risk ordering this product just a few days before my partners birthday as delivery said it could arrive after the date it was needed, but I knew he’d love it so I took a chance. The item was shipped direct from the company and sent immediately so it actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected. The cue itself was lovely, my partner was over the moon with it. There was a couple of minor defects with the case, which had it not been a gift I could have lived with, but I raised it with the company to see if I could get a replacement case. They replied promptly and were happy to send a new case without hesitation. This arrived quickly and was perfect.I cannot fault BCE, their communication and customer service was excellent and the product is very high quality and my partner loves it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use these guys again in the future! Thank you.
