Great taste and very digestible
In my breadmaker my first loaf came out a bit dense but I expect this to improve with practice. Whatever, the taste is delicious, nutty and slightly sweet and best of all, unlike most grains, it doesn't give me indigestion. Worth it for that alone. A great find!

Nothing to compare it to but seems like good quality
Nothing to compare it to but seems like good quality Flour. Use it for vegan pancakes and fritters as it apparently has higher iron content and just generally nutritious.

Out of date product
Arrived with ripped bag and a month out of date. Will find a different source in future.

The best!
Produces a completely unique loaf of bread. Despite being 100% wholemeal, the flavour is smooth and nutty and the colour is golden rather than brown.

I love this product
I love this product. Anything that hasn't been messed with is good in my book. Makes lovely bread although more dense than usual flour and an ever so slightly sweet taste. Brilliant!
