Will these fit in a regular blue bwt water softener, i usually use tablets?

I don't know what you mean by "Bwt Water" but the rectangular blocks are designed for water softeners with two rectangular compartments. Salt tablets in a 10kg bag are for those earlier softeners where you poured in sufficient tabs to the "FULL" mark. Yes, you could use tabs but it may impair performance and damage the unit.
