Activation doesn’t work
It requires credit card for activation even though it’s prepaid for 28 days. Customer service unable to resolve this and I don’t want to wait 24 hours for the issue to be resolved. I don’t have time for this. Sending the card back

Do not buy this
Would not activate without credit card details inputted although already bought as pre-paid. Tried to contact customer service but impossible to sort out. I would like my money back

Do not port your number to Ultra Mobile can't
Do not port your number to Ultra Mobile can't get it back. Started Tuesday now Sunday still won't give me correct account number for porting. Everyday they drag you out and tell you maybe 72 hrs. Please do your own report to FCC and utilities commission get them shut down. unbelievable
