Q: Should I use on one foot or both? I have one flat foot with my heel going inwards. I've tried different insoles but still feel strain in my upper back

I was recommended to purchase these supports as I have a ruptured achilles tendon. I used one of the pair in the injured ankle which helped my problem. however this caused a problem with my balance. Physio. then said to use in both shoes. I found that this helped my balance and did not adversely affect my injured ankle. I have now been able to dispence with the insoles as my problem is much easier.

I’m a 9 shoe and bought large, they are fine in trainers but might be a little squished up in court shoes.
