Well, I don't understand the negative reviews. OK, the hose had a few twists in it and the screws on the connectors were a bit rusty, but I used it to fill the tank under my campervan and it worked perfectly. I then rewound it, making sure there were no twists in the hose and draining it of water. It is now safely stowed in the van. It certainly beats paying around £50 for a so-called 'Motorhome' hose reel. Just treat it with respect.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY.I cant stress enough how useless this product is. I bought it and opened it at home, connected it to the outside hose tap and it all went wrong from there.First off the connector doesnt fit the standard tap size properly and it leaks.Secondly as soon as I started to run water through the pipe the whole reel and product split apart and broke, its absolutely terrible.Even without the reel its still useless as the hosepipe kinks like mad and twists which stops you using it or getting water through it. Its and appaulingly crap product which I advise everyone to avoid no matter how tempting the price is.I wish I had read the reviews before buying and I wouldnt have wasted my money.

Case broke as I was silly enough to leave the hose in there and started to fill with water! I was just trying to get the tap attached without it spraying over my kitchen... hose works well when first used my 11 year old had a water fight and was using it but left it out on the floor so not to hopeful it will work now

this is a brilliant little hose for a small place like mine, once its on the reel it is so small it takes up next to no space but in use you get a full 15 m hose, so ok its not the greatest and strongest but at the price what would be, its strong enough, i love mine it is one of my best buys does exactly what it is supposed to and what more can you ask of anything

This worked perfectly well. We had no trouble winding it up.I'm not sure how all the people who complained on other reviews about having to unwind it all to use it expected to get water through a flattened wound up hose!

Poor quality outer fabric wearing all ready used once. To wash motorhome. Spray patterns poor.

Very flimsy carriage. Cannot get it to connect to any tap. I have three different types of tap but it doesn't fit any of them.Having to unreel all the hose is counter productive and the plastic reel holder is so slim and small that it is very time consuming to reel back the hose.The spray connector does not fit securely so water ( see other review) would definitely leak out of this badly fitted connector.Due to connection issues and overall disappointment I have thrown it away. So much hassle to try to reel up this 'ribbon' and send it back.Very disappointed.

Surprisingly good, just be patient with the hose,has to be thoroughly spread before use as said in the manual,no angles, nice and curvy has to be, otherwise you'll be one of the guys with big moan....
