Hi, yes I think for a 9 year old it could be much easier than for a 4/5 y old, 1 of the reason is because the glue was a bit running, so difficult to explain to a 4/5 y old to let it dry.. Hope It helps you.

I just looked on the box I have, it is imported and distributed in Europe and then lists a UK address. It's a lovely product BTW!
