I'm not sure, daughter only used these on rocks

I didn't try them on clothing. Just on ceramic.

Q: Does it wash off of glass?

Not once it has dried, although I think you could gently scrape it off then wash the glass but it may damage the surface. If your intended use is for the paint to “not” come off the glass when washed, you’ll be ok. Hope this helps?
