Not impressed with the customer service on this one. I bought these tie rod ends to replace this weekend (with a steering rack I bought from them by the way). They delivered one on Wednesday, and sent me an email the same day saying that they wouldn't be able to deliver the other tie rod end and that they'd issue a partial refund. They should've notified me before they shipped, so I could've cancelled my order and gotten the parts I need in time. Now I'm stuck trying to get some other tie rod end that won't match theirs so I can work on my vehicle. and will spend more on that single tie rod end than I would've for both if they had just delivered as promised.Get it together Detriot axle. You seem like a great company with quality parts, but I'm done supporting you until you figure out how to treat your customers better. This was unacceptable.
