Dimensions are 9 1/4" x 13" x 3" - it perfectly fits on top of an erg seat. It can make long sessions much more enjoyable!

Q: Will this fit other brand rowers like Sunny Health?

Don't know about Sunny Health but it fit perfectly on my Stamina 1450. Check the dimensions which are listed in another FAQ and compare it to your seat.
