I find these drops help negate the sulphites in white wine that I appear to have an intolerance to. You need at least 2 or 3 drops in a glass. My almost instant headaches do not appear when I have used these drops. That said, I do not find any of these sulphite reducing drops work so well with French wine....I believe this to be because they add more sulphites than other countries to prolong the life of the wine. All wine has natural sulphites in it from the wine making process but it is the amount that the winemakers add that cause the problem. Personally I find the New World wines better. I have found these drops to alter the taste of French wines but not my favourites from New Zealand! I cannot find any hard evidence for the reason for this but after several years of research using the drops this is my view. I should say that I do not drink a lot but love a glass of cold white wine and these drops have allowed me to continue drinking it in moderation. I have not tried them with red wine as I don't drink it.

I’m a young and very active 60 yr old that looks forward to my Chardonnay at end of a long productive day. I had gotten to the point that a couple of sips made me feel woozy and whenever I had a glass or two would wake up feelinghungover. Started using these drops and have seen a major change…..I can now have my reward at the end of day!!! Salute!!!

These arrived yesterday so I thought it was only fair to put them to the test on a Friday night out. I had 2 large glasses of white wine (which would normally have me hungover as hell the next day). I have woken up feeling a bit rough but I think I would have felt much worse without them. Also I didn’t read the instructions properly and only used 5 drops in my 250ml whereas I now see it’s 5 drops per 150ml. So all in all I am hopeful these little beauts might brighten up my relationship with my favourite wine again!
