Q: Is this product Paraben-free and Phthalates free?

I haven't found that it does anything. AS far as I'm concerned it was a waste of money.

Q: Can this be used as a face moisturizer?

I don't know this answer for sure but I would not. It's a bit too oily for me to use on my face however I love this product. It absorbs quickly and is very moisturizing. I would look and see if they make a specific product for the face.

Q: Can the lotion be used together with the Bio-Oil skincare oil?

Yes I use them together to add smell to the lotion it has no smell
