Latch is flimsy and broke rendering bottle useless

I ordered this for my daughter to take to school and the design of the kid is so flimsy that the plastic latch broke and my daughter can no longer use it for school since it does not close. Pretty expensive bottle for such cheap plastic that broke so quickly.
