Minor problem. PLEASE READ !!!!!!!!!!
Have been using these earbuds for almost 2 months and have had a slight problem with charging. One of the case charging contacts is so short It loses contact if case is carried. Not allowing 1 bud to receive a charge at times. The problem is 1 of the charging contacts is very very short not allowing it to make contact.**** I have to wad up a Kleenex in the case to hold the bud in place and then it will charge.****I have contacted amazon support and they referred me to TagryI will update with the results from Tagry later.Please understand that I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with these earbuds. They are everything they said they'd be, minus this small problem.I would rate 5+ star if not for this small issue ***** +* !!!!Yes, I would purchase again, as long as Tagry stands behind their product.
