I ordered this as a huge splurge for myself, and it was amazing. The pressure was very helpful and the heating function was nice. Needless to say I was quite disappointed when, at just a year after purchase, all of the functions but the kneading stopped working. I would plug in the machine and the kneading massagers automatically began going, but were not adjustable, and the beloved compression feature was no more. I read some reviews, however, which mentioned this as a common problem, and contacted customer support. They requested a video of the issue and offered, and provided, a product replacement, even though when I contacted them I was just out of the year warranty. Excellent product support and my new massager arrived and works perfectly! Would highly recommend for anyone who is on their feet a lot, and for the excellent customer service!

First massager of any type that my wife kept as a gift! She loves it.

EDIT: The manufacturer reached out to me and replaced the unit. The new one works fine for now so I updated the rating, but we'll see how long it holds up.Original:When it worked, it worked pretty well. Got it at the end of December '24 and now the remote no longer works (even with a new battery), and it constantly turns itself on and off. Sometimes it will turn off after a couple of minutes after I turn it on, sometimes it will work without a problem. And sometimes when it turns itself on the heat turns on as well and almost feels hotter than it does when running, but that might just be my imagination. I unplug it now when I'm not trying to use it so it's not running with the heat on high when I'm not at home.When it did work properly it was pretty enjoyable though. It was pretty intense at first but you get used to it pretty quick. The 3 settings for speed and pressure are pretty nice as well. Only complaint would be the lack of heel pressure and since the top is closed I can't move my heel to a higher pressure area (but that was to be expected obviously, the top can't be open with the pressure mechanism).

Best purchase ever! I’m on my feet all day everyday. They always hurt. This massager is a game changer. It relieves the tension and soreness. Recommend starting on lowest setting with the kneading because this system is strong. I set compression to max and work my way up on the kneading. I definitely recommend it!
