Q: Does this go over the flared portion of the line that goes into the pump or over the threads against the nut that tightens into the pump?

Not sure if I fully understand your question, but this washer goes on all the way past the threads and against the nut (which could be going into your pump, hydroboost, gearbox etc). For my line, it was a pain as the washer was a little too small for my application (05 f350 with the 6.0).

Q: What size are these. What’s the Inside diameter?

One is .455" ID The other is .525" ID

Yes, there are two nylon washers in the package, though you only need one if you are replacing the pump.

It works well this was an extra set needed for a power steering pump replacement and hoses just in case I damaged the set that came with the hoses ... Replaced one and it didn't leak and fit well for a Mazda tribute

Do not put in warm water for fit.

It works with a little power steering fluid for lubrication.

Not for the cap

These DO NOT fit on the cap. One will fit on the high pressure line connecting to the power steering pump.

Did you drink to much when slapping a new high pressure steering line in an accidentally screw up the ones that were supplied with your high pressure oil line by putting the wrong size in? Were you also frustrated and decided that'll that'll work? Only to find out that it does not work, and now you're high pressure oil line that's brand new leaks? These things save your life. Seal it up, and they work great
