Q: Does this leave surface oily like Armorall?

Not really. It’s a good lubricant. I do t use armpit all on the rubber seals though. Hope this helps.

Q: Is this product silicone based?

I don't know if it is silicone based but it does contain silicone which is used to condition the rubber seal

Q: Can I use this on my trailer's tires?

Rubber Seal Conditioner is made for rubber seals around doors. Do not use on tires.

Q: Will this work on a truck's sunroof?

I don’t know why it wouldn’t but it may be best to call the manufacturer, it works great for what it’s intended for
