Q: Do you install 2 per drawer?

Hi Marla!Only 1 adapter is required per drawer. However, we recommend 2 adapters for heavy drawers, or drawers that are 23" or wider.

Q: Is measuring required? Description says no measuring required, packaging label states measuring required.

Measurements are absolutely required. Not the easiest to install as there may be a need to shim the parts depending on the drawer side clearances. Opening the drawers also requires bit more pull.

Q: It says it is a 2 pack. Is that only 2 pieces or a total of 4 pieces will come in with 2 per drawer ?

2 drawers - 4 pieces per package was what I received

Q: Did anyone have drawers that had railing on the bottom?

This product is made for side-mounted drawers (ball bearing or epoxy slides). We do not currently have any option for undermount drawer slides.
