Q: how many cats does this treat?

In this pack I would say their are three applications so three cats but the packaging says to treat it daily for 7-10 days and repeat 2 weeks after that. I have one cat who got mites when boarded and the packet of three day treatment took care of it for her.

Q: Can a cat have mites in just one ear for weeks? Maybe it is something else?

I have never known it to be only in one ear for long. Usually when they get it in one ear they get it in the other soon after so that is why you should treat both ears.

Q: How do i get my cat to stay still for this?

There is a thing, called a cat holder wrap. You put cat inside of it, and only their head, neck and feet are exposed. Now, after your cat has ever been inside of that thing Once?--------- well, getting cat into it a second time, might be a Lot of work, but that first time? it works like a charm, Especially if you have a 2nd human there to hold the cat purse thing, while You apply the medicines. Also, for oral meds on a cat? I use those liquid squeeze up treats. I give cats plain ones for a few days, til cat is enamored of those delicious treats, and THEN on day 2 or 3, THEN I add in medicine on top of a partially emptied squeeze up treats and cat just drinks it right in.

Really just for 1 cat. You might be able to stretch it for 2 depending on how many drops you’re using.
