No I will not close my eyes. I know some sign, however I would attempt to find someone who knows sign better than me.

Q: Does it include the doll drawings, or do you have to draw them?

Yes, in black and white. Then there are stencils you can put over the doll and color. Or you can use the included stickers. Or you can make your own design. If you use crayon or pencil you will see the outlines of the underclothes though.
