I have been using Flexacil for a number of years now. Although nothing will completely heal the damage done to my knees, and now the arthritis that has set in, the product has gone a long way in lubricating the joints so that I have a normal range of movement and pain is kept to an acceptable level.I did some research into the the type of ingredients that a joint supplement should contain.
