The advert for this product and the box shows a padded and finished shock absorbing mat for the swing machine to sit on. Mine was supplied with the cheapest piece of nasty green cord carpet. It also shows the ball nestled on a deep grass surface, mine is short and the ball won't touch it, hovering a good centimeter off of the surface. No good for fairway practice or irons. All the quality parts you think you are getting have been removed. Does it still work, yes, you just have to accept you've been mugged along the way! A bad shopping experience.

Broke within 3 weeks. Not a strong hitter at all, but the bolts holding the arm got bent after a few weeks of hitting (less than 10 minutes per day making, 3 days a week max), making this unusable.The grass pads came off regularly too.Unfortunate, because I liked the concept.

The Matt comes off after a few hits. You need to pick it up and replace it after every shot. Pretty bad

I honestly did not expect much from this product when I had ordered it for my Golf-aholic Mother.1. Perfect for ANY golfers at ANY level.2. HIGH QUALITY (Korean Company Made)3. ZERO Bad Rubber Smell4. Easy to set up5. Sturdy6. Feels like an actual golfball7. Safe INDOOR ( I live in a 2nd floor APT, and as long as you hit well, no loud noises)In conclusion, Definately WORTH the Money if you cannot go outdoor golfing (Like COVID days).
