Arrived in good condition and works as described. I use the eye occluder to cover one eye when viewing an Amsler grid.

Exactly as pictured. Works as intended. Pretty hard to mess this kind of order up unless it was made of cardboard. It's NOT made of cardboard, it is very sturdy hard plastic. Perfect for reading eye charts. Wish I would have bought two. Definitely, recommend this if you have a need for an eye occluder.
