Q: Hi, I have just received this and it seems like it is not full? It is really hard to get the gel out; is this normal? And is it normal without a seal?

Yes, no seal is normal. And I have noticed that one tube didn’t seem to have as much I it as the others.

Q: Do you leave in or wash it out?

Leave it in. You will feel it work and as it drys your hair will become soft again. Stops the itch.

Q: is this oily, sticky, creamy or liquid?

I wouldn't say that it's really like any of those characteristics. It's most like Salicyclic Acid in terms of its consistency, if you know what that is. It's transparent and smooth-feeling to apply, somewhat like an antibiotic ointment, but with lower viscosity (not as thick).
