Q: How long is the wire from headset to Jack?

It's very long a lot of cable I usually keep the tye wrap on it its so long but I'm not sure specificly

Q: Do these work on Xbox 360?

Not by default as they have a 3.5mm headphone jack I believe 360 has something like 2.5mm but if you have an xbox one it has backwards compatability with 360 so u can use it to join 360 parties hope this helps 👍

Q: Are these adjustable?

Yes the ear cups move up and down like any other headset.
