Q: Will this work on a 110VAC table saw motor?

I put the one I purchased on a 10” craftsman table saw motor and it worked fine. I did take the motor apart and cleaned the centrifical switch when I replaced the capacitor. Everything is still working fine

Q: will this work for a range of 115/250 volt?

it worked fine for me I used it for a 220/ or 240 V. application on an electric motor

Q: Will this replace the start capacitor on an Edco 1.5 hp concrete grinder?

It depends on what the original start capacitor values were. If the voltage and capacitance are the same or greater than the one you are replacing then I see no reason it wouldn’t work.
