I was constipated for six days! I tried prune juice, baking soda, water, apples, teas… the list goes on, castor oil was next. I used this powder (1 tsp) to make tea around 9:30 pm, I was woken out of my sleep around 12:45. I was sleepy this morning at work, but no longer backed up😂As far as the taste, it didn’t bother me because I was a regular user of triphala, which after taking haritaki for the first time solo has helped me find out where the sour taste in triphala comes from.

It helps clear toxins and as a laxative however it’s a strong pungent taste EVEN with honey, just be ready for it. I wasn’t and almost threw up but I got it down. It’s a good product just pungent in tast, I’m looking for other ways to make besides straight tea.

I use it for quick relief from insect bites, and works quickly!

I bought this to apply on my dark circles. Have not seen any expected results yet. Not sure if it’s quality or what?
