Yes, the 2 dates alone amount to 12 grams of sugar. Not for diabetic or antiinflammatory diets. That's a whole days worth of sugar for me. Yet, it is all natural and dates have fiber and other nutrients too. Still so much better than a candy bar. I just wish they cut one date for the blueberry, which has 17(!) grams sugar. One less date and one more blueberry, I think would make it more level with the other flavors.

Q: Any kosher certification?

OU reports that certain flavors will be certified kosher but only if it has the OU on the package. If it does not say so on the package, it is not certified. If certification is new it will take a while for the new packaging to be put into use. The old packaging will need to be used up.

Q: Can these be frozen? Can they be heated in a microwave?
