how many g/mg of elderberry and zinc are in each tablet?

This is homeopathic so g/mg not listed. However I have used this at usually one pill daily all winter and have not been sick at all. Inactive Ingredients: Black carrot extract (colorant), croscarmellose sodium, elderberry flavor, lactose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose , sucrose.

It says it's sugar free yet the ingredient list includes sugar and they don't show nutrition label. How many carbs?

Some people can not ingest any sugar. It's not about losing weight. This was a legitimate question and should not have been so casually offhandedly responded to.

What is the difference in effectiveness between these and the syrup? The ingredients are different, so can you take both simultaneously?

They are completely different products. We take elderberry syrup every day and take this tablets only when sick. These contain a mixture of herbs that treat a variety of respiratory illnesses.

Does this contain any dairy, soy, gluten, lime, mint or grapes? I am allergic to these. thank you.
